When you call the Aurora Software Support team, you will be greeted by one of our in-house customer service representatives, not a robot. During business hours, you have a direct line to immediate support.
Aurora Software provides full customer support from 8:30 AM through 5:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday. In addition, we provide emergency support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
