Added full support for multi-company configurations:

When displaying, printing or faxing images using the remote control interface,
purged images are silently ignored rather than stopping and telling the user to
mount the appropriate CD.

Events like Day Off, Vacation, Sick and others can be entered. Dispatchers can
be optionally warned when the attempt to dispatch a driver on an off duty day.

Added `Driver Expiration` report which lists drivers and the driver`s license,
insurance and physical exam expiry dates along with the a status showing if the
license, etc. is expired or nearing expired.

Changed dispatch function to issue a warning if license, insurance or physical
exam are expired.

When sending load information to a mobile terminal, the tractor as well as
the driver is now lined up for the load. This allows the mobile
communications programs to permit a driver to dispatch himself on a load if
that load is lined up for either the driver or his tractor is lined up for
the load.

Added a `Flight Number` field to the load form.

Added a date picker pop up to most date fields allowing dates to be
selected from a calendar.

Added a field to the EDI history showing the name of the EDI file which
contains the transaction in question. Also added a new tab to the load form
the allow the EDI history to be viewed.

Added the ability to search templates by region.

Added the ability to create and track rate quotes.

When a manifest is completed the system now check the status of all loads
on the manifest. If any of those loads have been completely dispatched (all
stops picked up or delivered) then the load is also marked as complete.

Added ability to sort major grids by clicking on the field title in the
heading bar. Only fields that appear as a check box on the corresponding

`Search & Sort` form will affect the order of the grid.

Added a new manifesting program which acts as a simple `trailer loader`.
The user simply adds the loads onto the manifest in the order that they are
to be delivered without having to create a stop for each unique delivery
location.

Added the ability to manifest from the pro file in addition to manifesting
from the load file.

Added two manifest summary reports that are used to print a single manifest.

Added the ability to configure a default manifest entry program and
manifest summary format for each user.

Added the ability to select a manifest entry program or manifest summary
format other than the default.

Added the ability to select a load summary format other than the default.

Added a configurable option that allows loads to be added or dropped while

Changed method of updating line up information from the driver`s to do
list. This fixes a long standing problem where a driver would disappear
from the line up for a load that his to do list showed him as lined up for.

Trailers that are referenced in a driver`s to do list can no longer be
deleted.

Added the ability to modify the `Delivery Equipment` fields for completed
loads.

Added the ability to flag pick up stops as picked up at the time that the
load is entered into the system.

Added the ability to send only pick up stops, only delivery stops or both
when sending load information to a truck via the mobile communications
interface.

When load information is sent to a truck via the mobile communications
interface the driver associated with that truck is now lined up on the load.

Enhanced the mobile communications interface to allow messages to be sent
to / received from email devices such as RIM Blackberries.

Added ability to drag and drop from the zip code table to any city, state
or zip field on the load form.

Added a `Quick Dispatch` option that allows a dispatcher to update a
driver`s status and automatically fill in any missed status changes that
fall between the last status change done and the one currently being done.
For example if the dispatcher is updating the driver`s status to `arrived
at stop 2` but the `depart from stop 1` status was never done, the system
will automatically mark the driver at `departed from stop 1` before marking
the driver as `arrived at stop 2`.
