The LTL dispatch module within Trans*Eaz has been developed based on more than twenty five years experience with LTL carriers. Pickup and Delivery Operations

The pickup and delivery module is designed to enter each pickup request when it is received. A dispatcher or customer service representative enters the caller name, shipper, consignee or destination, pieces, weight, ready / close time and any special instructions. The pickup is automatically routed to the driver / route based on customer, city or zip code. In addition, the controlling terminal is immediately notified of the pickup request.

The fast search option displays all pickup requests or just the pickups for one route / driver. Dispatch and on board time is marked by the system clock as it occurs.
